Order Confirmation
When you complete your order, a confirmation letter will be sent to the email address you entered. There will be a summary of your order, including the kit number, the price, the quantity, and shipping fees.

Delivery Time
Depending on where you live and the date you ordered, our default delivery time is 8-10 working days and the latest is 10-12 working days.
A Tracking Code will be included in the email confirmation of your order so that you can track its progress.
Tracking my order
The delivery may take 5 – 10 working days depending on various factors such as your location, the time of the orders and the volume of the orders. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Return/Refund Policies
A refund/return may be granted in the event of a quality issue. We would appreciate it if you could reach out to our support email for further assistance.
There must be a valid reason for any return request. Before proceeding, please check the size chart carefully
Customization Items
When purchasing our product, you can choose the customized name and number.
Shirts that have been customized with letters or numbers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Due to their customization, custom-made shirts cannot be resold.
We can only exchange or refund personalized products if they prove to be defective.
